I have a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring executives at all levels to be successful. A Bit About Me
I have led a global team of over 3,500 professionals across 150 countries. I have worked with many of the world's great companies. I have held demanding roles such as Managing Director, Marketing Director, Operations Director and IT Director. I spent over 25 years working at Accenture, the world's leading consulting firm. I now seek to mentor ambitious executives to achieve their full potential. I offer a flexible range of services including mentoring, leadership coaching and career coaching. I offer both face to face and remote coaching services, or a combination as needed.

I provide a confidential mentoring service to support my clients, providing advice and coaching as needed.
Leadership Coaching
I help to develop successful business leaders. I work alongside executives at all levels to develop their skills, to help them learn leadership techniques and to help them resolve critical issues.
Career Coaching
My approach is collaborative, listening carefully to what areas my clients want to work on and helping them to develop solutions, whilst drawing on my experience.
